Bespoke Recruitment is seeking experienced Contract Administrators for several opportunities with a respected construction builder. The roles support the delivery of major residential and seniors living projects across Sydney and the Central Coast.

There are opportunities for Intermediate Contract Administrators across multiple locations , as well as a Senior Contract Administrator position in Bateau Bay .

In these roles, you’ll be involved in:

- Procurement, tendering and subcontract negotiations
- Subcontract administration, claims, variations and payments
- Cost reporting, forecasting and project financials
- Managing commercial risks and supporting project delivery




- Working closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors

We’re keen to speak with CAs who bring:

- Construction contract administration experience
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience with procurement and subcontractor packages
- Clear communication and a team-oriented approach

Salary guide: $130,000–$180,000 + super for intermediate roles. Senior CA package will reflect experience and project scope. Flexible working options are available on selected roles.
