At AllianceCorp, we help everyday Australians build wealth through property, bringing strategy, finance, property selection, acquisitions, contracts and ongoing support together under one roof.
We’re ranked #13 Best Place to Work in Australia, and our success comes down to people who take ownership, work together and care about getting things right.
About the Role
Big milestones. Important details. You bring it all together.
Buying a property is a big deal. It could be someone's first investment, a plan for retirement or the start of a better future for their family. Exciting? Absolutely. Stressful? Sometimes.
Once a client is ready to purchase, you'll help make the next steps as smooth as possible.
As our Contracts Coordinator, you'll be the central point of coordination between clients, Property Wealth Planners, brokers, legal teams and developers, keeping the process moving from Expression of Interest through to contract execution.
You'll be across the finer details, following up on outstanding actions, finding answers when things aren't clear and making sure documents, dates and data are right. Just as importantly, you'll keep clients informed and supported throughout the process.
Your job is to make the complicated feel straightforward, without letting a single detail slip through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keep every moving part on track. Coordinate the contracts process from Expression of Interest through to execution, managing milestones, signing meetings and outstanding actions across multiple stakeholders.
- Get the details right. Review property documentation, cross-check information, maintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure key dates, figures and documents are correct.
- Keep people accountable. Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders,
clarify requirements and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.
- Make the client experience count. Conduct client calls, communicate key milestones and respond to questions promptly so clients feel informed and supported throughout their purchase.
- Own the follow-through. Identify missing information, discrepancies and potential delays early. Find clarity where things are unclear and escalate issues to the Contracts Manager or relevant specialists when needed.
- Support the wider process. Assist with Expression of Interest processing, deposits and refunds, compliance checks, DocuSign and administration for our Super Plus Program.
What You'll Bring
You're someone who genuinely enjoys a well-run process. You get satisfaction from a completed checklist, an accurate CRM, a document that's spot on and knowing everything is exactly where it needs to be.
You're also comfortable speaking up, asking questions and chasing things down. You don't assume someone else will handle it, and you understand that behind every contract is a client making a significant financial decision.
You'll bring
- Exceptional attention to detail. Names, numbers, dates and documents matter. You check your work and catch the things others might miss.
- Ownership and accountability. You follow through, keep people moving and take responsibility for getting things done properly.
- Strong organisation.
You can manage multiple files, deadlines and competing priorities without losing track of the finer details.
- Clear communication. You're confident on the phone and over email, and know how to keep clients and colleagues informed.
- A team-first mindset. You work collaboratively, share information and understand that outstanding outcomes depend on people working together.
- Confidence with systems and data. You're comfortable maintaining accurate records and learning new systems. Salesforce experience is a bonus.
Experience in contracts administration, property, conveyancing, financial services or another detail-heavy coordination role will be valuable. Above all, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves seeing a process through to completion and can be relied on to get the details right.
