We are seeking experienced and motivated contract Allied Health Professionals to join our growing team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners (BSPs). We are also seeking a Senior Therapist to provide clinical supervision, mentorship and professional guidance to support the development of our OT team and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and develop individualised support plans
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support services
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clients, families and relevant stakeholders
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship and qualified guidance (Senior Therapist role)
About you
- Experienced Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner)
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services
- Able to support positive outcomes for clients within the NDIS framework
