Contract Administrator | Infrastructure | Perth CBD - Contract Role
Location: Perth CBD, WA
Contract: Minimum 6 Months
Daily Rate: $700–$750 + GST

About the Opportunity.
MMD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support a leading national infrastructure contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial team, supporting contract administration, cost management and commercial performance across complex infrastructure projects.
Based in Perth CBD , this position offers an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration and commercial documentation.
- Assess subcontractor progress claims, variations and payment recommendations.
- Support cost forecasting, budget tracking and monthly commercial reporting.
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, claims and variations.
- Identify commercial risks and support contract compliance.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and commercial managers to achieve project objectives.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration or quantity surveying.
- Demonstrated experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors on major infrastructure, civil, rail or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management and commercial processes.
- Experience administering variations, progress claims and cost reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
