Vacancy: Full-Time Cook (Vietnamese / French cuisine)

Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam is now seeking 3 Full-time Cooks to join our growing team. Applicants must:

- Possess the relevant qualification such as Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery or Higher.
- Have at least one year work experience in both Vietnamese and/or French cuisine.
- Have experience in grilled, hot pot, noodle soup and wok cooking techniques would be essential.
- Assist the chef in the food preparation and perform cooking when busy, therefore a good knowledge of food safety is a must.
- Multilingual including Vietnamese and English are a bonus.

You will be working alongside a professionally trained and supportive team,

Salary: $70,000.00 pa - $78,000.00 + superannuation (currently 12.00%)
