We’re looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer who brings technical confidence, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others and seeing your designs come to life in the field, this could be a great next step.

You’ll join a supportive, highly skilled engineering team delivering practical, site-specific solutions across power, pumping, controls, renewables and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

- Technically oversee the full lifecycle (design, assembly, inspect, test, installation and commission) of the project.
- Assist the Project team in project execution for design, product selection, product specification, client advice, technical queries, construction, and assembly support, testing and commissioning.
- Review tender bids and provide technical input to the design and product specification as well as pricing estimations in accordance with client and Australian Standards.
- Review, understand and enforce client specifications, Australian Standards and local regulations or guidelines.
- Regularly travel to site to assist with overseeing construction, conduct quality inspections and commissioning.
- Provide technical guidance around product and system design.
- Be knowledgeable in multi-disciplinary facets of construction.
- Attend client meetings and participate in technical discussions.
- Perform quality inspections on product or system workmanship, design, installation, and integrity.
- Review client scope of works and execute technical deliverables such as design drawings, calculations, data sheets, equipment lists, material take-off list, bill of materials, subcontractor scopes,



testing and commissioning plans, training packages, IOM manuals, specifications, functional descriptions, ITPs, test reports, technical reports and any other works deemed necessary for the project execution.
- Review subcontractor workmanship and manage quality.
- Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
- Provide budget estimates for scope variations or small projects.
- Proactively participate in engineering meetings to share knowledge.
- Uphold the values of the Company in day to day works.
- Practice safety in design and uphold safety practices in day to day works.
- Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.

About You

- Bachelor of Engineering - BEng or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years post graduate engineering industry experience.
- A minimum of 1 Year Industry Experience (construction experience desirable).
