Reilly Talent is hiring a production and personal assistant to work hands-on with two of Australia's biggest creators, based in Melbourne. The role is 4 days a week: 2 days with each creator. You'll be employed directly by each creator for their days, with the role managed and overseen by Reilly Talent.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be on shoots, running schedules, keeping content moving, finding brand partnerships, and making sure two very busy creators can focus on what they do best.

What you'll do

Production

- Plan, set up and run shoots: locations, props, gear, call times
- Film behind-the-scenes and second-camera content, and help with quick edits
- Keep content calendars and posting schedules on track
- Bring ideas, trends and formats to the table. You should know what's blowing up before it does

Assistant
- Manage diaries, bookings, travel and logistics
- Research brands that fit each creator, and help run outreach to land new partnerships
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines with brands, event teams and the Reilly Talent team
- Prep for events, run errands, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly

Who we're looking for
- A genuine hustler: proactive and fast, and you don't need to be told twice
- Chronically online in the best way. You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and pop culture, and you know what's trending and why
- Seriously organised, and able to balance two people's priorities without dropping the ball




- Comfortable on set and around cameras; filming or editing skills are a big plus
- Available 4 days a week in Melbourne, flexible for the odd early start, late shoot or weekend event
- Whether you're a recent grad, coming from hospitality or retail, or already working in content, what matters is your hustle and your feel for social
