About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Creative & Content Lead to join our ecommerce team, working across two Australian fashion brands, Jean Jail and BY. ZAH.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, has a strong creative eye and knows how to turn ideas into exceptional content.

Working closely with our Owner and ecommerce team, you'll play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life across social media, photography, videography, digital advertising, email marketing and ecommerce.

You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing creative content across both brands, collaborating on campaign planning, contributing fresh ideas and ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident in their creative abilities. Someone who can take an idea, develop it further and bring it to life, whether that's through their own hands-on skills or by coordinating and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Production

- Plan, coordinate and execute fashion, campaign and ecommerce photoshoots.

- Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content.

- Collaborate on campaign concepts, product launches and creative storytelling across both brands.

- Coordinate shoot requirements, including styling, talent, locations and production schedules.

- Maintain a consistent and elevated visual identity across all creative content.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

- Coordinate the creation, scheduling and publishing of engaging social content, including Reels, TikToks and product features.

- Create and coordinate digital assets for Meta advertising, email marketing, website content and promotional campaigns.

- Assist with designing,



editing and executing EDMs using Klaviyo.

- Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content (UGC).

- Identify emerging trends and use content performance insights to continually improve creative output.

Creative Coordination & Collaboration

- Work closely with our Owner and ecommerce team to bring creative concepts and campaigns to life.

- Coordinate creative projects, production schedules and campaign deadlines.

- Brief, guide and support team members involved in content creation, delegating tasks where appropriate.

- Ensure creative content is delivered on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard.

- Proactively contribute fresh ideas and identify opportunities to improve content and creative processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creative talent with strong organisation, initiative and a genuine passion for fashion.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven experience in a creative content, photography, videography or similar role.

- Strong photography and videography skills, including confidence using professional camera equipment and lighting.

- Excellent editing and graphic design skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar software.

- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current digital content trends.

- Experience planning, creating, scheduling and publishing social media content.

- The ability to create engaging digital advertising assets, particularly for Meta platforms.





- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms would be highly regarded.

- A strong eye for fashion, styling, visual storytelling and brand presentation.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

- Confidence working independently, contributing ideas and collaborating with a wider team.

- An understanding of how creative content influences engagement, brand growth and ecommerce sales.

Experience in fashion ecommerce, creative team coordination and influencer marketing would be an advantage.
