About the role In this hands-on role, you’ll build and deploy targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive customer loyalty and engagement. Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating and elevating personalised communications that keep our amazing customers coming back for more.

Your role

- Build and schedule best in class email, SMS and customised campaigns to surprise and delight our customers

- Produce, schedule and amplify loyalty campaigns, monitoring performance to drive engagement and spend





- Analyse and report on regular campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and share findings

- Participate in audience segmentation strategies based on insights gathered across all channels (email, SMS, social, paid media)

Skills

- Demonstrated experience using email services / marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Hands-on experience in CRM and loyalty programs, ideally in fashion retail

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

- Strong grasp of data types, segmentation and confident with tools like Excel or Tableau

- Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills
