You will join a team of Customer Service Consultants giving you the chance to build your skills within a much bigger business. There’s plenty to get your head around, so being curious and asking questions will serve you well.

And with the option to work a 40-hour week and accrue an RDO, you can put a little extra time in now for a whole day to yourself later.

It’s a busy role where being helpful matters just as much as getting the details right. You will be the person customers turn to when they need a quote, want to place an order or are chasing an update. Some days you will have an answer straight away. Other times, you will need to speak with the right person internally and get back to them. Either way,



you will make sure they know what’s happening.

Your day will include

- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Answering customer calls and emails.
- Following up on deliveries and repairs.
- Working with manufacturing and technical teams to keep orders moving.
- Keeping customer records and administration accurate and up to date.

ABOUT YOU You are a go-getter, if something needs following up, you get onto it. You have had some experience helping customers and handling admin, and you are comfortable using a computer and learning current systems. You can write a clear email, have a friendly conversation and keep track of what you have promised someone.
