About the Role

Ready to join a team where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Northmead team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver outstanding service to a loyal and established customer base.
- Manage customer orders, enquiries and account requests across multiple channels.
- Support customers with product information, quotations and freight enquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Expand your product knowledge through comprehensive training.
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative and safety-focused team culture.

- Previous customer service experience in an office-based environment.
