Where: Mulgrave, VIC (100% onsite) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (full-time workload, 37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 12 months, with strong potential for annual renewal
Pay: $34 per hour plus super

Who you'd be working with
Our client is a global leader in electronic test and measurement. It makes the instruments, software and consulting services that engineers, scientists and researchers rely on to test and measure signals and electronics.
"Technical" company, but not a technical role
The products are complex, but you do not need to be an engineer. Your job is customer service. If a customer can't find the power button or needs to reset a device, you will have an in-house knowledge base to look it up. If it needs more than that, you log a ticket or arrange a technician visit. You will also get proper training. It is a small, close team, so you won't be left on your own.
What you'll be doing
- Answering customer calls and emails in a friendly,
solution-focused way
- Entering orders accurately, handling invoicing and tracking deliveries
- Coordinating repair and calibration logistics
- Responding clearly and promptly to queries about contracts and agreements
- Building positive, ongoing relationships with business customers
