About the role

We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support to join our METO team in Chirnside Park.

This is a full time, office-based position that combines customer service, sales support, and administration responsibilities. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure enquiries, orders, and administrative processes are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal communications.
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, deliveries, and general account information.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, proposals, reports, and sales administration.
- Maintaining accurate customer, product, and sales records within company systems.
- Coordinating communication between customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
- Assisting with reporting requirements by preparing customer, sales,



and operational reports.
- Managing filing systems, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
- Supporting day-to-day office administration and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through responsive and professional communication.

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for customer service and helping customers find solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, reception, sales support, or office environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.

No experience? No problem. We welcome applicants who are starting their career or looking to transition into an office-based customer service role. Full training will be provided.
