We are looking for a Customer Service/ Technical Sales to lead the internal sales team as required with counter sales, answering phones, quoting and contacting suppliers etc.

You will be Self-motivated, conscientious and responsible, display high standards and be described as someone who enjoys a challenge. You'll be able to work without supervision and have good time management skills, be able to learn new products quickly, and have valuable customer/ supplier relations skills, good computer skills, be able to multitask and be well presented.

Responsibilities;

- Customer service, counter sales, phone and email enquiries.
- Technical sales of Industrial hose systems, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and General Workshop Equipment and Automotive Performance Products.
- Quoting customers and sourcing products.
- Maintain good supplier and customer relationships.




- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

- Sales experience is a benefit but not necessary, Trade background an advantage, we provide in house training.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office applications an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Basic knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatic and Automotive products an advantage but not necessary, on job training provided.
- Must have existing Australian work authorization rights.
