Deli Manager

Fairley's is looking for a Deli Manager to join the team at Shepparton. Alternating Roster (Every 2nd Saturday and some public holidays)

The successful applicants will have a proven track record of:

- Delivering excellent quality and service standards throughout the department
- Previous management of a deli department within a supermarket or shop
- Coaching and supporting the development of fellow team members
- Working well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Achieving sales budgets, gross profits and wage control targets.
- Controlling shrinkage and completing monthly stocktakes
- Rostering that reflects the customer’s needs and at the same time meeting the departments wage budgets
- Maintaining department invoicing and clerical procedures.
- Ordering of stock to a level relevant to the departments sales.
- Maintaining correct pricing and ticketing.
- Maintain the department to HACCP standards
- Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained.
- Abide by company policies and procedures at all times
