We’re looking for a reliable delivery driver and all-rounder to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with food, following processes, and being part of a tight-knit crew.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Victorian driver’s licence
- Experience driving delivery vans or trucks
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Comfortable working in a food production environment
- Physically capable — standing, lifting, repetitive tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-presented with a positive attitude
- Experience in food or meat delivery is a plus but not essential
Duties
- Safely load and deliver goods to Hagen’s stores and wholesale customers
- Follow delivery schedules and routes
- Engage positively with customers
- Comply with road rules and safety requirements
- Keep the delivery van clean and well-maintained
- Pick and pack orders
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy, food-safe workspace
- Assist butchers and production staff with tasks as required
