LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to co-lead our flagship Pacific Fair store and serve as the VM Lead. You will own the visual story, drive campaigns, and mentor a high-performing team in an immersive retail setting.

In this role you will collaborate with the Head Coach and leadership team to execute retail strategy, hit growth goals, and elevate the customer experience across a premium, community-driven brand.
