Bunnings is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily store operations, sales and high-volume stock management for a busy warehouse. You and your team of 180+ will be supported by Department Managers to deliver exceptional service and protected, efficient operations across the site.

You will develop strategies, monitor performance, drive stock integrity, and coach Department Managers to exceed customer expectations while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
