Dental Assistant – Join a Supportive, Modern Family Practice

Australind Dental Centre | Australind, WA

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team at Australind Dental Centre.

Previous Experience is valued but not essential - we value attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn above all else.

Our practice has been part of the local community for many years, with a loyal long-term patient base and a solid reputation for genuine, high-quality care. We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm, supportive team culture where everyone works together and enjoys coming to work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dental Assistant wanting to grow and expand their skills in a practice that offers a wide range of treatments including:

- Dental implants
- Surgical procedures
- Cosmetic dentistry and removable prosthodontics
- General and restorative dentistry
- Digital workflows and modern technology

You’ll work alongside a team passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.

This role is ideal for someone wanting to “level up” their experience and gain exposure to advanced treatments and procedures in a supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who wants long-term growth within their role and enjoys becoming a fundamental part of each patient’s dental journey — building trust, creating positive experiences, and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment.

About You

- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and infection control standards
- Motivated to learn and grow clinically
- Reliable with a positive attitude

If you’re looking for a long-term position in a welcoming family practice where you can continue developing your skills, be exposed to advanced dentistry, and be genuinely valued as part of the team, we would love to hear from you.
