Robina, Gold Coast QLD An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant to join our specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Robina.
Due to a valued long-term team member relocating interstate, we are seeking a friendly, qualified, and motivated individual to become part of our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a busy specialist practice.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and skill level, duties may include:
- General reception and patient administration
- Treatment coordination and patient communication
- Chairside dental assisting
- Trios intraoral scanning
- 3D surgical guide design and printing
- Supporting implant and surgical procedures
Our practice has a strong focus on dental implants, so previous implant experience or knowledge will be highly regarded. About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient care
Qualifications The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Dental Radiography)
