Flawless Aesthetics Clinics is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist / Assistant Manager for our Parramatta clinic, with attendance at Chatswood when required.

This is a hands-on dermal therapy role with responsibility for supporting clinic management and the day-to-day team. You'll deliver treatments, help coordinate clinic operations and work with management to maintain a welcoming, organised and efficient patient experience.

Your responsibilities

Dermal therapy and patient care: Perform dermal treatments within your qualifications and professional scope, support patient follow-ups and maintain high standards of care and service.

Clinic operations: Assist management with staff rosters, doctor schedules, appointments and patient flow. Help resolve day-to-day issues, contribute to team meetings and maintain effective administrative procedures.

Team support: Provide day-to-day guidance to colleagues, help coordinate training and onboarding, and support management with recruitment administration, employment documentation and performance-review preparation.

Finance and administration: Prepare and check timesheets, support payroll processing, and assist with invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and outstanding-payment follow-up. Maintain accurate records and help prepare revenue, expense and operational reports for management.

Systems and improvement: Maintain clinic records in Zenoti, use HubSpot to support enquiries and patient follow-ups, and assist with KPI reporting and practical improvements to clinic processes.

Stock and reception: Monitor stock,



coordinate purchasing and supplier orders with management, and help maintain treatment equipment and supplies. Assist with reception, incoming calls, enquiries and complaints, escalating matters when needed.

What you'll bring

Recognised dermal therapy qualifications and practical treatment experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic or skin clinic.

Essential: Demonstrated hands-on experience performing cosmetic laser treatments, including patient assessment and contraindication screening, safe device operation, and appropriate aftercare within your qualifications and professional scope.

Desirable: IPL treatment experience and familiarity with the clinic's specific laser devices.

Experience as a senior therapist, team leader, assistant manager or in a role supporting clinic operations, with the ability to guide colleagues and work collaboratively with management.

Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with accurate record-keeping and confidence using clinic systems.

A proactive, practical approach and willingness to balance treatments with team support, reception and administration.

Experience with staff and practitioner rostering, payroll or accounts administration, Zenoti and HubSpot is highly desirable.
