We are looking for an experienced Digital Flatbed Printer / Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating digital flatbed printing equipment and a strong eye for quality, accuracy and detail. Experience with Mimaki JFX machines would be highly regarded, although training may be available for the right candidate.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our digital flatbed printing equipment, producing high-quality printed graphics across a range of substrates and applications.

Key responsibilities include

- Operating and maintaining digital flatbed printing equipment
- Setting up print jobs and preparing files for production
- Loading and positioning substrates accurately
- Monitoring print quality and making adjustments where required
- Colour and print quality control
- Performing routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Troubleshooting basic print and machine issues
- Ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on schedule
- Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures

About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience operating a digital flatbed printer




- Understands digital print production and substrates
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality
- Can work efficiently in a production environment
- Is reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Can troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues
- Works well independently and as part of a team

Experience with Mimaki JFX flatbed printers is highly desirable. Experience with RIP software, large-format printing, signage, graphics or related print production will also be highly regarded.
