About the role The primary focus of this position is assisting with the day-to-day management and growth of porter green's digital marketing and e-commerce channels. You'll work closely with our team to create and schedule marketing campaigns, maintain websites, publish content, support product launches and ensure our online presence remains consistent with our established brand identity. You'll receive guidance, training and access to existing templates and brand guidelines, with opportunities to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with creating, building and scheduling B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns across Australian and international markets

- Prepare campaigns around product launches, promotions, gifting periods and seasonal events

- Update email templates, imagery, copy, products and promotional information

- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules

- Assist with customer segmentation, campaign reporting and monitoring engagement and conversion

- Assist with maintaining and updating our Shopify websites

- Upload and update products, collections, descriptions, imagery and pricing

- Update homepage banners, landing pages and promotional content

- Support new product launches and seasonal website changes

- Check website content, links and product information for accuracy

- Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented

- Creative, with a positive eye for design and brand consistency
- A confident written communicator with excellent spelling and grammar

- Digitally capable and comfortable learning new systems

- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take initiative





- Comfortable following instructions while developing the confidence to work independently

- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Collaborative and comfortable working within a small, close-knit team

- Enthusiastic about learning and gaining practical experience in a growing international business

- Valid driver's licence, access to own vehicle and ability to reliably commute to Corio

Our products are sold throughout Australia and internationally, including the USA, Canada, Europe and beyond.
