What role will you play?

In this role you will set the technical direction and engineering strategy across one or more platforms, shaping technology roadmaps, improving platform health and creating the conditions for engineers to do their best work. You will partner with product, architecture and business leaders to balance delivery, quality, operational risk, cost and continuous improvement. You will also lead the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, establishing practical controls and helping teams use emerging technology safely to improve engineering outcomes.

What You Offer

- Senior engineering leadership experience across platform or product-aligned teams, with accountability for secure, resilient and scalable production systems.

- Strong technical judgement across cloud technology, modern engineering practices, system monitoring, reliability, automation, software quality and secure design.





- Ability to translate business and product strategy into clear technology direction, platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes that balance delivery, quality, risk and cost.

- Experience leading responsible artificial intelligence adoption, including setting practical controls, assessing engineering use cases and helping teams use artificial intelligence safely to improve insight, productivity and decision-making.

- Inclusive leadership skills, with experience coaching engineering leaders and teams, developing capability and succession, creating psychological safety and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
