Director, Capital | Institutional Capital Raising | Sydney

Our client, a growing real estate investment manager, is looking for a hands-on capital raiser to drive institutional capital from offshore investors. This role suits a Director, or an Associate Director ready to step up, who is deep in the raising rather than overseeing it from a distance.

You'll be at the heart of every raise, working directly with global pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers and other institutional investors, and partnering closely with the investment team to bring the right opportunities to market.

What you'll do

- Run institutional capital raising end to end, with a focus on offshore investors
- Originate and build long-term relationships with global LPs and mandate partners
- Own pitch materials,



investor presentations and due diligence processes
- Work alongside senior leadership on fund and product strategy

What you'll bring

- Hands-on capital raising experience, or institutional investment experience from a super fund, pension fund or similar allocator
- Ideally exposure to real estate or real assets
- Exposure to, or networks with, offshore investors
- Solid execution skills across materials, DDQs and investor reporting
- Drive and ambition to grow into a senior capital role
