EIH Care are seeking a caring, reliable and compassionate Casual Disability Support Worker to support an NDIS participant living in Preston, Victoria.

The participant has a neurological condition and requires assistance with everyday domestic tasks, social support and accessing the local community. We are looking for someone who is respectful, patient and person-centred, and who is passionate about supporting independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Domestic assistance: Support with household cleaning, laundry, tidying, meal preparation and maintaining a safe and comfortable home workplace.
- Social support: Provide companionship, meaningful engagement and assistance to participate in social activities.
- Community access: Support the participant to attend appointments, run errands, visit local shops and participate in community activities.
- Promoting independence: Encourage choice,



independence and participation in daily activities while respecting the participant’s dignity and privacy.
- Person-centred support: Follow the participant’s individual support needs, routines and preferences.

Job Requirements :

- Qualification Requirement: Cert 3 in Disability / Individual Support
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Required Licenses/Certifications: Full Driving Licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening, Police Check, First Aid and CPR
- Work Authorization: Australia (Required)
