Job Title: Disability Support Worker – Western Melbourne Suburbs

About the Role

Timeless Services VIC Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to NDIS participants across the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The successful candidates will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and the development of independent living skills while promoting their dignity, choice, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support in accordance with participants’ NDIS plans and individual needs.
- Assist with personal care, showering, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities as required.
- Support participants with meal preparation, household tasks, and maintaining a safe living setting.
- Assist participants to access community activities, appointments, and social outings.
- Encourage independence, social inclusion, and informed decision-making.
- Follow individual support plans, risk assessments, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate progress notes, shift records, and incident reports.
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding requirements, privacy obligations, and organisational policies.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, coordinators, and the service delivery team.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability,



or an equivalent qualification (preferred or as required for the role).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working With Children Check, where applicable.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle, where required for the role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- A genuine commitment to participant rights, dignity, safety, and choice.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.

Location: Western Melbourne suburbs, Victoria. Employment Type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time, depending on availability and service requirements.
