DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER WANTED | GREENBANK QLD

Number 1 Care is seeking a reliable, patient and compassionate Support Worker to provide after-school support to a young participant.

Location: Greenbank, QLD

Shifts: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, 2 weekdays per week

Female applicants preferred; all genders welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervised outdoor activities and park visits

Close supervision and falls risk management

Assistance with prescribed physiotherapy exercises

Homework support and age-appropriate activities

Minimal personal care support and supervision

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with disabilities preferred

Patient, engaging and safety-focused approach

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card

Commitment to child safety and safeguarding practices

Shortlisted applicants will attend a meet and greet with the participant and family before shifts are allocated.
