Tennis NSW is seeking a Competitive Pathways Lead to grow competitive tennis across NSW by delivering pathway programs, competitions and key initiatives. You will partner with clubs, coaches and stakeholders to create engaging player experiences and strengthen participation at all levels.
You will build relationships with tournament directors, coaches and officials, provide training and support, and lead projects to improve participation, accessibility and sustainability.
