O&M; Haircare in Sydney is seeking a Senior HR leader to set and drive the people strategy across Australia and the US. You’ll report to the Managing Director, sit on the Executive Team and directly influence confidential people matters with the Founder & CEO.
The role is hands-on, coaching leaders, running recruitment, handling employee relations and building culture. You will manage outsourced partners for legal, WHS and training, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.
