The Role

- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed use strata schemes, approximately 800 lots across 60 buildings
- Prepare for and chair AGMs and strata committee meetings
- Manage budgets, levies and financial reporting with the accounts team
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, insurance claims and contractors
- Ensure compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and relevant legislation
- Build strong, lasting relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders

What You Bring

- Minimum Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)
- Proven experience managing a strata portfolio
- Experience with residential and mixed use schemes highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence running meetings
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
