As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring service is delivered to a consistently high standard. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the floor, supporting the team through busy services and creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for overseeing service and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and professionally.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Coaching, mentoring and inspiring front-of-house teams
- Supporting the Restaurant or Venue Manager with daily operations
- Managing labour, service standards and shift performance
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace procedures
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills




- The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
