LEAD Childcare Toowoomba is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and deliver our Government Approved Kindergarten Program.

Your Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Create and deliver engaging, play-based Kindergarten learning experiences
- Encourage children's curiosity, confidence, creativity and independence
- Build genuine and positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with and inspire a passionate team of educators
- Create a warm, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standards

What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from educators who are passionate about making a positive impact and bring:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or relevant approved qualification preferred




- Experience delivering a Kindergarten Program preferred
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- First Aid (HLTAID012) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Australian working rights
- National Child saftety training 1-4
