About the role

Maple Bear Norwest, a growing centre in Norwest NSW 2153, is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team! You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing, stimulating environment.

We are seeking educators who are interested in roles below:

What you'll be doing

- Implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Nurture children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
- Ensure a protected, clean, and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing of all children
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to foster strong partnerships and support children's growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Fun-loving and playful with the children
- Demonstrates ability to and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families,



and colleagues
- Responsive, responsible and punctual
- A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and wellbeing of young children
- A current Working with Children Check (paid work)
- Australian work rights with no restrictions are required for this position
