ADENCO is a respected Western Australian civil and construction contractor with active operations across the Pilbara. We are currently expanding our plant operations team and seeking a qualified Earthmoving Plant Operator to join us on a full time permanent basis.
The Role
Based at our Pilbara worksites, you will safely operate a range of earthmoving plant supporting civil and construction works. Working under the direction of the Site Supervisor, you will contribute to daily production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and equipment care.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating bulldozers, graders, scrapers, excavators and trenching machines.
- Setting up, positioning and adjusting plant for optimal performance.
- Fitting and removing attachments – buckets, hammers, scoops, blades.
- Conducting pre-start inspections, refuelling and routine maintenance.
- Following drawings, markers and verbal instructions for excavation and material movement.
- Completing pre-starts, JSAs, take-5s and toolbox talks.
- Accurately recording production data, machine hours and downtime.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience as an Earthmoving Plant Operator.
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple plant types (dozer, grader, scraper, excavator).
- White Card (CPCWHS1001) – Essential.
- Australian driver's licence.
- Clear pre-employment medical and D&A; screen.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills; reliable and safety-focused.
Highly regarded:
- HRWL tickets (LF, EWP, CN/CV).
- HR/HC licence.
- FIFO/remote site experience in the Pilbara.
