About the Role
Support enterprise workforce planning through data analysis, reporting and workforce insights. You'll maintain workforce datasets, identify trends and risks, and provide reporting that helps inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse workforce, financial and operational data
- Maintain workforce planning datasets and reporting processes
- Produce reports, dashboards and workforce insights
- Support workforce forecasting and scenario modelling
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings
Skills & Experience
- Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience managing and validating large datasets
- Robust stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Workforce planning or forecasting experience highly regarded
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
