Quad Switchboards, part of Gosling Group, is seeking an Electrical Fitter to join our workshop team in Coffs Harbour on a full-time or part-time basis. Reporting to the Quad Manager, you’ll build switchboards from drawings through to the finished product, joining a growing team as we take on larger and more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Wire, assemble and fit out switchboards in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and the NSW Service and Installation Rules
- Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and client standards
- Follow all safety procedures and complete required documentation to protect the health and safety of yourself and others
- Maintain a secure, clean and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Cert III in Electrotechnology and/or Cert III Electrical Fitting (required)
- SafeWork NSW White card (required)
- Demonstrated hands-on switchboard wiring experience
- Previous experience with Schneider/NHP switchgear (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of AS/NZS 61439, AS/NZS 3000 and the NSW Service and Installation Rules
- Ability to interpret single line diagrams, control schematics and technical specifications
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft 365
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your time to meet deadlines
- Australian working rights
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
