About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Creative Travel Consultant to join our Black Rock office on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for travel, a commitment to exceptional service, and a talent for creating memorable holidays for our established, discerning clientele. You’ll bring outstanding attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a genuine interest in social media and digital engagement across domestic, international, corporate, and specialised group travel.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll help design bespoke itineraries, build lasting client relationships, and bring fresh ideas to our creative team.

Your responsibilities





- Providing destination and product knowledge to clients

- Creating detailed leisure itineraries for recent and existing clients

- Booking domestic and international travel from a variety of wholesale products

- Booking corporate travel arrangements

- Posting content to the Black Rock Travel website and social media (Instagram and Facebook)

- Collaborating with team members and providing support where required

What we're looking for

- Passion for building long standing client relationships

- Excellent Word processing skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Fantastic written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to achieve individual and team success

Additional skills we value:

- Certificate III in Tourism

- Familiar with GDS booking system
