We’re looking for a creative, reliable and detail-oriented Event Stylist to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional weddings and events across Melbourne.

About the Role

As an Event Stylist, you’ll play an important role in bringing our clients’ ideas to life. From preparing décor and loading equipment to styling wedding venues and ensuring every detail is in place, you’ll help create stunning event setups from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creative work, takes pride in presentation and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two events are the same.

Key Responsibilities

- Style and set up wedding venues, receptions, ceremonies and other special events.
- Install and arrange décor, including backdrops, plinths, welcome signs, seating charts, centrepieces, floral arrangements, table styling and other decorative elements.
- Follow styling briefs, mood boards, floor plans and client requirements.
- Prepare, inspect, pack and organise décor and equipment before each event.
- Work with the team to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Conduct venue checks to ensure every detail is presented to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and handle all décor and equipment with care.
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients, venues and other suppliers.

About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong eye for detail, colour coordination and visual presentation.
- Is creative, practical and passionate about weddings, styling and events.
- Is reliable, punctual,



organised and takes pride in their work.
- Can follow instructions while also showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Is physically fit and comfortable lifting, carrying and moving event equipment.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight setup deadlines.
- Is available to work weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, with weekday work as required for preparation
- Has a positive attitude and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has reliable transport to get to our operating location and event venues.

Experience Previous experience in event styling, wedding décor, floristry is essential.
