BAKE'D Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our team at our Merrylands café.

We are passionate about serving exceptional specialty coffee, delicious food and delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced café environment.

We are looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, enjoys interacting with customers and is happy to assist with all aspects of café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee with consistent latte art.
- Manage coffee orders efficiently during busy service periods.
- Provide friendly, qualified and attentive customer service.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Assist with food running, table service and general front-of-house duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For





- Previous barista experience in a busy café environment.
- Strong coffee-making skills and confident latte art.
- Ability to handle high-volume coffee orders while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to assist with general café duties.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
