We are looking for an experienced, fast and reliable Barista to join our busy hospital cafe.
We need someone who can confidently handle high-volume coffee orders, multitask efficiently and work independently in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quality coffee quickly and consistently during busy periods.
- Handle high-volume coffee orders efficiently.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and other beverages.
- Assist with simple food preparation and general cafe duties.
- Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy,
high-volume cafe is essential.
- Fast, efficient and confident working under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking skills - able to manage several tasks independently.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Friendly with good customer service skills.
- Proactive, organised and a good team player.
