Are you an experienced friendly receptionist looking for a chance to work closer to home?
We are looking for a casual experienced receptionist to be our first point of contact in our busy physio practice.
Approximately 15-20 hours per week over 3-4 days + availability to cover adhoc leave & holiday cover, ideally some flexibility to work across "at times" our 4 locations within Sutherland Shire if needed! Opportunity to develop to permanent part time.
Selection criteria
- Previous Physio or medical reception/allied health experience is a must! Ideally, at least 2 yrs experience
- Adaptable Availability across Mon - Sat
- Starting shifts may vary across
- Mon- Fri,
- Potential for Sat mornings discussed in future if needed
- Attention to detail and professional
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Experienced with HICAPS, Medicare, Workers comp/ CTP / NDIS payment methods
- Proficient with diary programs within practice software, word, email - Advantage - Cliniko experience
- Willingness to work in a team dynamic environment
