AIJoinery is looking for an experienced sales professional to grow our custom cabinetry and joinery business in Melbourne.
Based in Bayswater, we supply and install cabinetry for kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, laundries and complete residential projects.
Your responsibilities
- Develop new business with builders, designers and homeowners.
- Understand client requirements, read drawings and coordinate quotations with our design team.
- Follow up enquiries, negotiate proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and project handover process.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience in cabinetry, kitchens or architectural joinery.
- A sound understanding of cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware and installation.
- Robust communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- The ability to manage leads independently and achieve sales targets.
- Existing relationships with Melbourne builders and designers would be highly regarded.
