Kiss Property Group is a growing Brisbane-based buyer's agency looking for experienced cold callers and appointment setters to join our team.

We're looking for confident, driven individuals who know how to build rapport quickly, uncover opportunities and turn conversations into qualified appointments for our Buyers Agents.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role, not inbound customer service. You'll be speaking with cold and warm prospects, identifying their property buying needs and connecting suitable buyers with our team.

The Role

Your focus is simple: Start conversations, identify genuine opportunities and book quality appointments that convert into clients.

Working remotely, you'll use Aircall and Zoho CRM to manage your calls, follow-ups and appointments.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Making approximately 100–150 outbound calls per full working day to cold and warm prospects.
- Having 15–20 meaningful conversations daily.
- Building rapport, asking the right questions and identifying genuine buying intentions.
- Qualifying prospects based on their budget, property requirements and purchasing timeframe.
- Booking a target of 15 qualified appointments per week for our Buyers Agents.




- Confidently handling objections and turning initial hesitation into genuine interest.
- Following up with prospects and nurturing future opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, call notes and follow-up activities.
- Consistently achieving agreed calling, appointment and conversion targets.

Success isn't just about how many calls you make. It's about the quality of the appointments you book and how many convert into paying clients.

About You

We're looking for experienced callers who know how to get results.

To be successful, you'll need:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
- A proven track record of booking qualified appointments from predominantly cold leads.
- Confidence initiating conversations with people who aren't expecting your call.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with an engaging and professional phone manner.
- Strong questioning, listening, objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
- Resilience, persistence and a positive attitude towards rejection.
- The ability to work independently, stay motivated and consistently meet KPIs.




- Robust organisational skills and experience maintaining accurate CRM records.
- A reliable computer, internet connection, headset and quiet home-office environment.

Experience in real estate, B2C sales or high-volume outbound calling will be highly regarded. Is This You?
