About the role
We're looking for an experienced family lawyer to take ownership of a busy, varied practice. You'll run your own files from first meeting to resolution, with the support of a principal who has practised for over 25 years.
You'll be
- managing a full caseload of property and parenting matters
- advising clients and negotiating settlements
- preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court
- handling consent orders, binding financial agreements and mediation
About you
- Admitted in Queensland,
with at least 4 years' family law experience
- Confident running matters independently from start to finish
- Solid court and negotiation skills
- Calm, organised and genuinely good with people under pressure
- Unrestricted practising certificate preferred
