This role is crucial in supporting our Dentists and delivering exceptional patient care. Casual or full-time available for an exceptional DA.
What you'll be doing
- Using your people skills with patients to make them feel comfortable at all times during their visit
- Using your knowledge and skills to assist our highly skilled dentists during a vast variety of dental procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the overall smooth running of the dental surgery
- Maintaining cleanliness and a high standard of presentation throughout the practice
- Attending to sterilization (wait until you see our Steri) and surgery preparation procedures
- Providing an exceptional patient experience for all patients
What we're looking for
- Prior experience across a broad range of dental procedures
- Cert 3 an advantage, but not essential. We value hands on experience above all.
- A positive attitude to work, learning and being a member of the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. We don't do short appointments, but we are busy.
- Proficient in using computers and learning new technology
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work environment
