Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses

About the OpportunityOn behalf of our hospitality partner employers in New South Wales and Western Australia, Home Migration Services is recruiting energetic and experienced Hotel and Motel Managers (ANZSCO 141311).

Our partner employers are approved Australian Standard Business Sponsors seeking hands-on hospitality professionals to direct daily accommodation operations, guest services, and property management. This opportunity is strictly open to onshore applicants currently residing in Australia who hold valid work rights. Employer visa sponsorship will be considered after 1 year of proven performance and employment with the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO 141311 Aligned)

- Direct, organize, and manage daily operations of the hotel/motel, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Establish and monitor budgets, manage financial records, analyze room occupancy rates, and set competitive room pricing strategies.
- Supervise, roster, recruit, and train hotel staff to maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee property maintenance, security measures, inventory purchasing, and supplier contracts.
- Manage guest inquiries,



reservation systems, group bookings, and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with local council licensing laws, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Location: Must currently reside in Australia (Onshore candidates only).
- Qualification: AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management / Business Management (or equivalent formal qualification).
- Work Experience: Minimum 3+ years of full time supervisory or management experience in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid Australian visa with full work rights and be willing to complete 1 year of employment prior to employer sponsorship assessment.
- Skills Assessment: Positive VETASSESS outcome for ANZSCO 141311 (or eligible to undergo assessment).
- English Proficiency: Meets minimum requirement for TSS 482 / 494 visa subclass (IELTS overall 5.0 or PTE equivalent).
- Excellent communication, financial management, leadership, and property management software skills.
