Looking for a casual personal training role in Warwick Farm? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
Support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Pay structure
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Coach each client one-to-one.
What you will need A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
