Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Camillo

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Camillo, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What the role involves
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.




- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

To be considered Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
