Harwell Consulting is seeking a team leader in a growing financial services group on the Gold Coast. You will oversee bookkeeping for multiple high-net-worth clients, supervise payroll and BAS tasks, and drive SMSF administration. The role offers potential for division leadership with P&L; ownership.

Flexibility is available after a 3-month probation, including 1 day work-from-home and options to finish at 2:30pm or move to a four-day week to suit family needs.
